Panzumo Entertainment brings West African Rhythm, Dance, and Song to the Santa Barbara and surrounding communities through classes and workshops, performances, and recordings. Our mission is to inspire and empower people of all ages through music and dance. We offer drum and dance classes for children and adults in Santa Barbara and Ventura – with a focus on performance training. We perform all over Southern California with the Panzumo and Konkoba ensembles, often collaborating with artists from various musical backgrounds and traditions, including Classical, Cuban, Brazilian, Native American, Jazz, Celtic, Funk, and more. Solstice 2009 -- Thank You Santa Barbara...
...for another fantastic Summer Solstice Festival! Panzumo Drum and Dance Ensemble WOWED the crowds on Friday night in Alameda Park, and on State Street on Saturday during the parade.
